If you haven’t caught a Sunday night football game all season, tonight’s the night to watch. Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos are paying Indianapolis a visit in what is expected to be the game of the season. Let’s pretend the Manning Bowl didn’t happen because that wasn’t exciting at all. Returning for the first time since 2010, we’re sure to see more than football tonight. Make sure to look out for Peyton’s facial reactions. What more can you ask from a Sunday night game?

This game has gotten a lot of unnecessary attention because of some comments that were made by Colts’ owner Jim Irsay and Broncos head coach John Fox’s responses to those comments.  The media has taken over and blown everything over proportion, as usual. Jim Irsay this week said that he was disappointed that he only won 1 Super Bowl championship with the formal number 1 overall pick. John Fox fired back calling Irsay ungrateful because most people don’t win one. Jim Irsay went to social media to “clarify” his words but even so, he said what he had to say.

Whether you agree with it or not, cutting Peyton Manning from the team was a tough thing to do. To see Peyton flourishing now in Denver is what we all wanted to see. No one wants the man to fail.

But enough about this media frenzy story. We’re here to talk about football. Peyton Manning was quoted not knowing how to enter Lucas Oil Stadium. He built that house and to go back to the house that you built, it must be an emotional roller coaster ride. Plays will be changed because Peyton has been known for studying and memorizing them. No one can deny that Andrew Luck and his offensive line have been good, perhaps great, except for last week’s game versus the surprising Charger’s defensive line.

Things to look out for tonight: Denver’s wide receivers. They will be the protagonists to Peyton’s stellar throws. They’re virtually unbeatable this season. The 6-0 Broncos are looking to make it 7-0 tonight.

Andrew Luck has brought the Colts “luck” since he was drafted. Being apart of that elite rookie quarter back class from last year, replacing Peyton seems like it was easy. It’s key to note that Manning did say to draft Luck; no hard feelings at all. Luck’s offensive line is also top notch. Reggie Wayne has been the receiving leader. This game might be just as exciting as the Broncos versus the Cowboys a couple of weeks ago.

The Broncos are going to be 7-0 after tonight’s game. But the Colts can afford that lost since the Titans are probably going to lose versus the 49ers this afternoon. The Colts will still remain up top on the AFC South standings. On the other hand, the Broncos will still have a perfect record.
